We see a lot of Fraudulent situations that make money and from your donation money to them, on Facebook; in particular, on the Wild Horse Advocacy pages and posts. Keep in mind, the money donated to these people go to themselves directly, into their pockets, and not the Wild nor Domestic Horses, what so ever.
Groups such as Veteran’s for Mustangs, Animal Wellness, and all of their other “Shell Groups”, are not, nor ever have been setup to assist horses, and they are not administered by any Military Veterans (very illegal and people have served prison time for misrepresenting themselves in these matters, and all money had to be returned, as history shows us quite well); rather, they (most of them) have previous histories of ripping off the Public using Charities and non-profits to do so. These groups here, I mention specifically, but more on FB that need to be approached, do have a history of such.

The sad fact is, when money goes to them, there is that much “LESS DONATION MONEY” that can go to a legitimate Non-Profit, rather than these commercialized and illegal ventures to scam money from innocent people thinking they are doing something for the Wild Horses.
The best thing I can tell you is to beware of these organizations, as we will be taking them to task in the future — and use the Laws provided to assist us in filing charges as well, against these people, and under several other Laws that have been developed to protect the Donators as well as protect the integrity of the terms, such as Veterans, et al . . .
Many of the scams and fraudulent activity on FB needs to be attended to. These sites to be taken down . . . as well as the people arrested, most often, for Fraud and Scamming the Public out of their money — all the while misrepresenting the situation at hand . . .
One of the major reasons nothing has really been accomplished Directly For the Wild Horses in 20 years or 30 years now! Now there is no excuse, and many other options available, rather than the misleading groups that state there is only One Option — which is not true – but simply more misinformation.
BE AWARE . . . Misinformation and Disinformation strategies, are obvious if one knows what they are looking at . . .

The corruption is immense, too many organizations claiming to give a damn but do not. Those who aren’t seeking a profit and understand the situation contend for every law in place and seek the protection and preservation of our wild horses and their rightful home. Non-profits and all their shell organizations, including wayward lobbyist schemes are in fact destroying truth, destroying life and stealing good hearted peoples money. Not one wild horse living today is protected nor are the laws set forth upheld. These fraudulent organizations are a disgrace to our country, our wildlife and yes, our Veterans, all are being trampled underfoot.
